Our new showroom gives us more room to display full outdoor rooms, more hearth settings you can actually stand in front of, and better space for the design consultations that made this place what it is.

The questions we're getting
No. We're moving, not closing. Housewarmings is relocating to a new and improved showroom and will keep serving Lexington and Central Kentucky exactly as we have since 2004. This sale exists for one practical reason: we'd rather sell merchandise than pay to move it.
We'll announce the new address as soon as the space is ready — early access subscribers hear it first. Until we're fully moved on September 18, everything continues at 2320 Palumbo Drive, Suite 150.
It's our actual showroom. The same Lloyd Flanders, Summer Classics, Treasure Garden, Big Green Egg and hearth brands we've always carried. Floor models and displays are sold as shown and may have normal showroom wear, which is exactly why they're the best-priced items in the building. Anything still boxed is new stock.
Yes. Manufacturer warranties carry over on warrantied products the same as any other purchase. Ask your salesperson about the specific coverage on the piece you're considering — terms vary by brand and by whether an item is a floor model.
Yes — without interruption. Fireplace, gas log and stove installation and repair, grill and Big Green Egg delivery and service, and outdoor room installation all continue throughout the move and after it, across Lexington, Georgetown, Nicholasville, Richmond, Winchester, Versailles, Frankfort, Paris and the rest of Central Kentucky.
Absolutely. Special orders and design consultations continue as normal — but note that moving-sale pricing applies to showroom merchandise, not to new special orders. If you want the sale price, it has to be something on the floor.
No — delivery is available and we'll schedule it with you at the register. The one hard deadline is the building: everything needs to be picked up or delivered before we're out on September 18, so the earlier you buy, the more flexible the scheduling.
It depends what you're after. For selection, come the first weekend — floor models are one-of-one and the best pieces go first. For the deepest discount, later in the sale is cheaper, but you're shopping whatever's left. If there's a specific set you want, don't wait.
