Tom McFarland, owner of Big Zeke Steaks, will be discussing BEEF. He will help us understand Butchering Basics and the different cuts of beef and how each are best prepared. You will also learn about the process of Dry Aging meat and why your taste buds will thank you!

Chef Shannen will be demonstrating proper knife skills. Learn the best ways to select the best knives, take care of them and cut almost anything (without cutting yourself).
